1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
New subscribers are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of their initial subscription purchase if:
- This is your first subscription to Repair Axis System
- You request the refund within 14 days of your first payment
- You have not previously received a refund from us
No questions asked – if the Service isn't right for you, we'll refund your payment in full.
2. Monthly Subscription Refunds
After the initial 14-day period:
- No prorated refunds: Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun
- Cancellation: You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your current billing period
- No refund for unused time: If you cancel mid-cycle, you will not receive a refund for the remaining days
3. Exceptions – When We May Issue Refunds
We may consider refund requests outside the 14-day guarantee in these circumstances:
- Service outage: Extended unplanned downtime exceeding 48 hours
- Billing errors: Duplicate charges or incorrect amounts
- Technical issues: Critical bugs that prevent use of core features and cannot be resolved
- Unauthorized charges: Fraudulent or unauthorized use of your payment method
Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
4. How to Request a Refund

If you are using a free trial:
- No payment is collected during the trial period
- You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends
