Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REPAIR AXIS SYSTEM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
