Welcome to Repair Axis System ("Service", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our collision repair management software, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Repair Axis System is a cloud-based collision repair management platform that provides:

• Repair order tracking and management
• Customer and vehicle information management
• Status tracking through repair workflow stages
• Reporting and export capabilities
• Multi-user access for your team

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

Pricing: Our Service is offered at $189.95 per month per shop location.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

5. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for new users. At the end of the trial, your account will be converted to a paid subscription unless cancelled.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not share your account credentials with unauthorized users
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems
• Not upload malicious content or viruses
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

7. Data and Privacy

Your data remains your property. We will:

• Store your data securely using industry-standard encryption
• Not sell your data to third parties
• Provide data export capabilities
• Delete your data upon account termination (after a reasonable retention period)

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, designs, and content, is owned by Repair Axis System and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REPAIR AXIS SYSTEM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Repair Axis System from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or non-payment.

Upon termination, your access will end and data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in Pennsylvania.
